Whether individual busbars, prototypes or small quantities – buzzbar stock is convincing due to its consistent quality!
Simply from the digital offer to your fitting busbar in just a few working days.
You will receive your busbars according to buzzbar standard within 7 working days.
The new standard in manufacturing tolerances, range and speed.
Do you quickly need a busbar prototype or a small series made of copper, aluminium or CoppAl®?
Then use our enquiry forms for quick and easy quotation and purchase processing for busbars to buzzbar standard. Busbars are electrical conductors that transmit signals or high frequencies. As part of a circuit or power grid, they provide the connection between the power source and the consumer. In order to achieve the lowest possible voltage drop, highly conductive materials such as copper, aluminium or CoppAl® are used for busbars. With our buzzbar manufacturing standards for punching, bending, sawing and deburring, we ensure compliance with standards and tolerances.
Our busbars are used as connecting elements made of copper, aluminium or CoppAl® in high-current technology, high-voltage technology, the electrical industry, the chemical industry, energy supply, renewable energies, storage technology, mechanical engineering and e-mobility.
The buzzbar manufacturing standards are already a benchmark for the industry. This enables us to offer competitive prices with consistently high quality.
The real challenge is not high quality per se – but consistently high quality!
Our ambitious team guarantees compliance with the defined standards in order to further improve our products such as busbars. The buzzbar manufacturing ensure compliance with standards and tolerances.
With the same cross-sectional area, copper busbars offer the best current strength and thus also current density compared to CoppAl® and aluminium. If the smallest possible cross-section is required, copper is therefore the best choice.
Our CoppAl® busbars are composite busbars made of copper and aluminium, also called CuAL or Cuponal. CoppAl® busbars have a good current-carrying capacity and are therefore a real alternative to copper busbars.
Aluminium busbars with high purity have excellent electrical properties and are used both as conductors of electricity and for heat transfer at contact surfaces.
Under given environmental conditions, pure aluminium produces a closed aluminium oxide layer and is thus very corrosion-resistant. In addition, aluminium has the advantage over copper that it is significantly lighter.
